Owners cancelled my subscription because I left a bad review! Once I did that, they banned me from the server and refused a refund. I paid over $250 in June 2024 for a year subscription to Solar Tools! Whop customer service tried to get a refund and the owners refused! Horrible customer service on SolarTools. There is much better programs out there that work better, I recommend one of them!

Terrible service. I opened a support ticket to discuss SMS providers on 11/26/24. Tagged the owner multiple times and still no response. If there isn't going to be support, there shouldn't be any support ticket options.
